Bismatic provides creative, branding and digital redesign services including brand identity design, visual identity systems, packaging design, industrial product styling, product appearance direction, website design, digital presentation, e-commerce visual optimization, marketing materials, QR and digital solutions, and -assisted concept visualization.
All services are provided subject to project scope, availability and written agreement where applicable.
Nature Of Services
Bismatic primarily provides visual, branding, conceptual and presentation-focused services.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Bismatic does not provide certified engineering services, mechanical engineering validation, structural calculations, product safety certification, manufacturing approval, compliance certification, regulatory approval, industrial production certification, patent services, legal consulting or financial consulting.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining any necessary engineering review, manufacturing approval, certification, testing or regulatory compliance required for production or commercial distribution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, review deliverables in a timely manner, verify technical feasibility where necessary, confirm manufacturing compatibility, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, obtain required approvals before production or distribution, and respect payment obligations and timelines.
Bismatic is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect client-provided information.
Project Proposals & Scope
Project scope, timelines, pricing and deliverables are defined individually through proposals, quotations, invoices or written agreements.
Any modifications, additions or changes outside the original agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all timelines are estimates only.
Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on project scope and agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, deposits may be required before work begins, outstanding balances must be paid according to agreed terms, delayed payments may delay project delivery, and certain deliverables may not be released until payment is completed.

Generated concepts, visualizations or -assisted outputs are intended to support creative exploration and presentation and may require additional refinement, validation or production review before commercial implementation.

Projects may involve third-party providers, including hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, platforms, cloud infrastructure, email services and software providers.
Bismatic is not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes or operational issues caused by third-party services.
No Guarantee Of Commercial Results
While Bismatic aims to provide professional and commercially valuable services, we do not guarantee specific sales results, market success, search engine rankings, conversion improvements, business growth, investor interest, customer acquisition or manufacturing outcomes.
Business performance depends on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation Of Liability
